Refilling material for boreholes


In the workplace, Muoviterm is mixed with water to a mixture that can be pumped. 25 kg of MuoviTerm can be mixed with a volume of 11-15 litres of water. A perfect blend is obtained by using 15 litres of water per 25 kg MuoviTerm. MuoviTerm is mixed in a mixer so that a homogeneous mixture is achieved, which is then injected by means of a PE tube from the bottom to the top of the borehole.

MuoviTerm is a dry mortar, made of natural clay minerals with chemical resistance specially developed for refilling boreholes for geoenergy. MuoviTerm is a premixed product that only requires the addition of water. The technical characteristics of MuoviTerm can only be achieved if the material is mixed with the intended amount of water. Mix in a mixer-pump unit to obtain a completely homogeneous component. MuoviTerm contains a special binding agent that exhibits particularly high resistance to water that is aggressive against concrete. MuoviTerm contains selected raw materials and is therefore suitable for use in water protection areas to protect groundwater.

All the properties of the MuoviTerm make injection a permanent thermal high efficiency. The thermal efficiency of the whole geoenergy system is largely due to the fact that the energy is transferred as easily as possible between the rock and coolant fluid with the lowest possible losses. With MuoviTerm, a permanent connection between the rock and the collector is achieved through an optimised clay and mineral mixture.
