INSULATION
EPE foam is a superior insulating, highly flexible, and long-term age-resistant material. Thermal conductivity of the insulation: λ = 0.023 W/ft °F at 104 °F. The closed-cell structure protects against moisture penetration and has an extremely low water absorption of <1% (water-vapor diusion resistance μ > 3,500). The insulation is elastic and resumes its original shape after being subjected to mechanical stress. Produced without (H)CFC.

BETTER PROTECTION
The corrugated outer pipe protects the inner parts from mechanical damage. It is made of HDPE.
Mechanical strength: 112 lbf (EN 61386-24). Impact resistance: 4.4 lb/4 in.
